GNA were appointed by Guildmore to complete the Stage 4-6 work stages.
The project consists of a mix of 25 affordable apartments for Hexagon Housing association with ground floor commercial units spread over 2 blocks (1 of which is 6 storeys and over 18m) and the refurbishment of the existing railway arches into additional commercial units.
Works are currently onsite with completion due 2025.
Our appointment involved a comprehensive Stage 4 review of the constructed site. This detailed examination included an assessment of the current state of the site, identifying any deficiencies or issues that need addressing.
Based on our findings, we provided a set of recommendations for remediation works necessary to bring the site up to the required standards and enable the project to continue towards an anticipated completion of 2025.
