Jackson House
Jackson House is an existing 1970s office building located in Sale to the south of Manchester. Commencing at RIBA Stage 3, GNA’s involvement included the internal renovation of the building together with the construction of a new entrance.
The overall footprint of 130,000 sq.ft is in the process of being fitted out into a variety of new office suites and incorporates a new café with communal seating at the first floor level.
The new double volume reception provides a dramatic new entrance with suspended mesh ceiling feature which provides a sense of arrival for the building
The Ground and First floors have been fully refurbished to provide a range of office suites and wellness facilities for the Tenants.
Smaller ‘Let Ready’ suites have been located on the ground floor adjacent to a number of bookable meeting rooms and the new Wellness Suite.
