Phase 2 development of the Symphony masterplan consisted of a new 350,000 sq.ft high bay warehouse distribution centre with offices on a development plot adjacent to Symphony’s existing facility.

Designed and constructed during the covid lockdown the building was completed August 2021.

With sustainability as a key focus, the project features a biomass boiler system that uses waste timber by-products for heating. This innovative solution meets heating needs, reduces waste, and promotes environmental responsibility while enhancing the project's environmental credentials and offering economic benefits.

By reducing reliance on fossil fuels, the factory saves on energy costs and fosters energy self-sufficiency. Overall, the biomass boiler aligns with the project's commitment to sustainability, contributing to environmental conservation and operational efficiency.
