GNA were appointed by Greenalls to design a nine storey hotel for the Premier Lodge brand.
The site is on the edge of Manchester’s central conservation area and many of the neighbouring buildings are grade II listed.
The brief was to provide 147 bedrooms with a leisure club, bar and restaurant on the ground floor.
