The inspiration for 117 emerged directly from the building's traditional architecture, guiding us to create a more home-like interior that reflects its historical charm.
The rich tones we selected are harmonised with the surrounding street facades, contributing to a warm and opulent colour palette. This choice transforms the space, giving it a luxurious, welcoming atmosphere that distinctly moves away from a corporate feel.
By layering various textures and patterns, we've introduced a quirky and modern twist to the design. This approach not only honours the building's heritage but also allows it to stand out with a unique character that blends the past with the present. The result is an interior that is both stylish and comfortable, making a bold statement while remaining inviting and functional.
