Jackson House is an existing 1970s office building located in Sale to the south of Manchester. The First floor has been fully refurbished to provide a range of office suites and wellness facilities for the Tenants.
Defurb as A Design Concept | the interior design concept revitalises the existing space whilst preserving their historical integrity through refurbishment and deconstruction. It emphasises minimalist principles to highlight the original architectural features such as the concrete structure, promoting simplicity and clarity.
Each space is meticulously planned for functionality, blending textures like rough and smooth concrete to enrich the tactile experience. Natural light is maximized with strategic windows and open layouts, enhancing ambiance and spaciousness.
Customisation reflects the building’s heritage and personal tastes, fostering unique, personalised environments for each of the tenants. Open layouts ensure fluidity and adaptability, accommodating diverse functions while celebrating the space's heritage and potential.
