This interesting project is a 3-storey extension to a 19th century mill building for a digital marketing agency. The project provided an additional 8,300ft² of space to accommodate their expanding business.
The shape of the site resulted in a trapezoidal plan building which connects through to the original mill building at ground and first floor.
Externally, the brick type was chosen to closely match the original building. A Flemish bond is used with a series of recessedand projecting headers to add texture to the heavily modelled brick facades.
