Leighton takes the role of lead design architect on projects with a wide experience of building design and project management, particularly in the commercial, and housing sectors. He has over 20 years experience in the design and management of projects throughout the country and has taken the lead role in many projects varying from green field new build offices to city centre listed building refurbishment schemes. He also tutors part time at the University of Leeds.
Outside of work, Leighton is a keen sports fan, especially rugby union and spends weekends coaching the youth rugby teams at Moortown RUFC in north Leeds.
