We are pleased to announce the successful completion of our office fit-out at Gracechurch, marking a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to creating productive, comfortable, and dynamic workspaces for Landmark Space.
The refurbishment of the Clubspace at Gracechuch was designed with a focus on maximising functionality and comfort, while efficiently utilising a limited budget. Drawing upon the valuable insights gained from recent schemes at 99 Bishopsgate and Orchard Place, this project represents a thoughtful integration of modern design elements and smart resource management.
One of the key objectives for this project has been the careful consideration of the existing layout and furniture, ensuring that these resources were thoughtfully assessed and repurposed where possible. This approach allowed us to optimise both space and cost, balancing the need for a fresh, modernised environment with the desire to be environmentally conscious by reducing waste.
We were able to strategically navigate budget limitations by carefully assessing the existing layout and furniture at Gracechurch. Rather than starting from scratch, we conducted a detailed evaluation of the space, identifying elements that could be reused or repurposed. This not only maximised the value of previous investments but also reinforced our company’s commitment to sustainability by minimising waste and reducing the environmental impact of the project.
Key Features of the Fit-Out Include:
Strategic Space Utilisation:
By leveraging the lessons learned from recent projects, we were able to carefully plan and allocate space to foster collaboration while ensuring quiet areas for focused work.
Optimised Existing Resources:
In alignment with our sustainability goals, we re-evaluated the existing furniture and layout, making use of high-quality materials and pieces that seamlessly integrated into the new design.
Cost-Effective Solutions:
Working within a limited budget, our project team successfully implemented innovative, cost-saving measures without compromising on the quality or aesthetic appeal of the office.
Speaking about the project, Harry Beaumont (Interior Architect & Designer) said: “The Gracechurch fit-out is a testament to our team’s ability to deliver thoughtful and efficient solutions that reflect both the needs of our Client, their Tenants and the environment. By applying lessons from our previous projects and optimising what we already had, we’ve created a fresh, vibrant workspace whilst keeping budget and sustainability top of mind.”
We look forward to continuing our commitment to creating workspaces that reflect our values of innovation, sustainability, and employee well-being. The Gracechurch fit-out is another step in our ongoing mission to deliver thoughtful, future-proof work environments that foster success.
