Our culture

Friendly & Efficient Environment

The people at GNA consist of a varied group of talented individuals from many different backgrounds and areas. We have a wide range of experience from the grey haired directors to our fresh faced students on their year out.

We enjoy working together in a friendly non-hierarchical environment and everyone’s opinion is considered. Breakfast sandwiches on Friday mornings and regular nights out help with team bonding and we always try to remember to work to live and not the other way round.
