Matrix Unit M2
Following the speculative construction of four industrial units at Hornbeam Park, we were commissioned by the client to develop the interior fit-out of one of the front units, transforming it into a vibrant office hub.
This innovative space features mezzanines around the building's perimeter, creating four levels of offices, each bathed in natural light from large windows.
At the heart of the design is a central three-story atrium, the main co-working hub, complete with meeting rooms, teapoint/drink facilities, breakout areas, and private workspaces.
Our design marries a simple modern aesthetic with natural materials and biophilic elements. Highlights include four large tropical trees and a full-height vertical living wall, creating a warm, inviting environment that enhances wellbeing and productivity
