In 2018, GNA was tasked with refurbishing a prominent building at No. 15 Alfred Place, located in the heart of Fitzrovia, London. The building was to be transformed into modern office spaces for Landmark Office.

The project involved a comprehensive overhaul of the building, particularly the upper four floors. This renovation required stripping out the existing structure and performing extensive structural modifications. These changes were necessary to meet the latest standards for office loadings, ensuring that the building could support the needs and requirements of modern tenants, including increased weight and usage capacities.

Upon entering the building, tenants are welcomed into the ground-floor reception area. From here, they can ascend to the first floor, which houses a lounge and café area designed to be a multifunctional space. This space provides informal meeting areas and breakout zones, where tenants can conduct meetings or unwind.

Beyond the lounge area, tenants can either access their respective office spaces or step out into a refurbished atrium garden, a central feature of the design. The courtyard serves as a relaxing outdoor area that connects all surrounding office floors, providing a visually appealing focal point and a place for tenants to gather.

On the top floor, a distinctive office suite was created, featuring a mezzanine level connected by a spiral staircase, further enhancing the modern and creative design of the space.

Overall, the refurbishment at No. 15 Alfred Place combined structural improvements with creative design elements, ensuring the building not only met modern office standards but also provided tenants with a unique and functional working environment.
