We were approached by our client, an expanding financial software company, to create their new London headquarters. Already with a strong sense of what their new spaces needed to provide, the client briefed us on their flexible working styles, their range of meeting types and spaces needed and the strong cultural values that were to be woven into the design.
Staff wellbeing was high on the client’s wish list and so we provided ample cafe space and included biophillic features, natural timber panelling which added warmth and feature lighting providing a residential touch.
A key aspect of the design was to attract and retain talented staff and this included the provision of abundant collaboration space.
The meeting pods were thoughtfully placed throughout the area, designed with a strong emphasis on acoustics, and enhanced with biophilic elements and lighting to create a more inviting atmosphere in these small rooms.
