Set in the grounds of a Victorian lodge building at the edge of Potternewton Park in Leeds, the brief for a private client was to provide 3 storeys of apartments over a level of car parking. Our scheme takes its massing from the neighbouring 1980’s apartment building then steps down towards the Victorian Lodge building. A total of 6 apartments are designed, each with a view south towards the park.
