Hardman Isherwood required a new 260,000sqft high bay warehouse distribution centre at Wakefield Europort and had already secured detailed Planning Permission when Garnett Netherwood were appointed by Marshalls Construction (West Yorkshire) Ltd to take the project from approved drawings through to completion on site.
The project encompassed a large high bay structure with associated dock levellers, finger docks and ancillary office accommodation.
