Perhaps one of the most challenging sites that we have looked at, GNA’s scheme is for 14 apartments over 3 floors with resident parking at ground level.
The site is constrained by the close proximity of neighbouring buildings which produced as a solution the characteristic ‘saw-tooth’ elevations which give both the apartments and neighbour’s privacy.
The building is to be clad in brick to match the surrounding buildings with all apartments having access to the south facing terrace at 3rd floor level.
