Lisbon House

Lisbon House, Wellington Street, Leeds.

Garnett Netherwood were appointed by Teeston Developments to design a five storey regional headquarters building for a national banking group. The shape and form of the building responds to the site, which is on a busy road junction at the western end of Wellington Street in Leeds City centre.

The building entrance is sheltered by a curving three storey glazed bay that cantilevers out from the main elevation. The main street elevations are formed in Portland stone, which changes to a locally sourced brick on the rear courtyard elevations.
