Casa Melita is sited at the end of St. Helier’s main thoroughfare at the junction of Green Street and La Route du Fort, within a stones throw of the rock of Fort Regent.
Drumcoille Holdings commissioned Garnett Netherwood to design a mixed use scheme incorporating a speculative office building and a four storey residential building. Elevations are clad in French limestone with granite feature head and cill units. Windows are timber composites. Balconies and full height glazed bays give views across the city towards the sea. The roof is finished in a pre-patinated copper which compliments the limestone walls.
